Joining Chad on KFYO's The Chad Hasty Show on Monday was Republican strategist Matt Mackowiak. Hasty and Mackowiak began their conversation talking about possible 2016 presidential candidates, including Mitt Romney. Asked what he thought about Mitt Romney's chances of entering the race and becoming the GOP nominee were, Mackowiak said,

A couple of months ago I would have said it was a 10 percent chance ... I would say it's probably closer to 50 percent at this point.

Mackowiak also addressed the controversy of President Obama not attending the anti-terrorism rally in Paris over the past weekend.

The fact that we didn't have a high-level representative really is quite shameful, and it did make America look like they didn't care.
