Man Sent To Jail For Texting Nude Photo of Girlfriend’s Teen Daughter

This is a case of dumb and dumber. It's dumb to take a naked photo of yourself on your cell phone, but it's even dumber for your mom' boyfriend to find the photo, then send it to all your friends.

In Arizona, a man has been placed under arrest for sending out a naked photo of his girlfriend's daughter. The man allegedly found the photo on the teen's cell phone (which makes me wonder, first of all, why this guy was going through a teenager's cell phone in the first place) and, to teach her a lesson, sent it to around 40 contacts in the phone. The man was arrested under charges of child exploitation, even though his intentions were "well meant."

In the teenager's case, this is exactly why you don't do stupid things like take a naked picture of yourself on your phone. Someone can get their hands on it (like this guy) and pretty much ruin your life. And as far as the guy's concerned, he's got a pretty twisted sense of disciplining a child if he thinks that he "meant well" sending these pictures out to all her friends.  Did I mention he's not even her father? He's just her mom's boyfriend. They're both at fault here, but the boyfriend screwed up even worse than the teenager.
