Republican Strategist Matt Mackowiak joined The Chad Hasty Show on Tuesday morning to discuss the latest political headlines around the nation.

On Monday, the Electoral College voted Joe Biden as President-Elect. That had many Republican lawmakers and Republican Strategist Matt Mackowiak saying that the 2020 Election was over. However, President Trump has said that his team will continue to pursue all legal avenues.

“It’s over. I don’t even know what the scenario would be at this point that would change the outcome”.

Mackowiak did say that the Trump campaign and team of attorneys should continue to investigate and dig into any evidence of voter fraud. Mackowiak told KFYO that there is still a “valuable opportunity to show that there really were problems with this election, particularly with mail ballots”.

Mackowiak also discussed the state of the Georgia runoff elections with control of the Senate on the line. Mackowiak predicted that the President and Republicans overall will focus on those runoff races as Republicans must win at least one of the Georgia Senate seats to keep control of the Senate. If Democrats take both, they will then control the White House, House of Representatives, and the Senate.
