Republican strategist Matt Mackowiak joined The Chad Hasty Show on Tuesday to discuss the 2020 Election and other political news in Texas and throughout the nation.

Mackowiak was asked what he thought the chances of President Trump winning reelection were as of today. Mackowiak told KFYO that he has generally felt as though the President had a 50-50 shot of being reelected, but recently the President has taken a hit. Mackowiak cited a poll showing senior citizens moving away from Trump as a "problem". Mackowiak also pointed to coronavirus news not being good and an economy that has been turned upside down as being bad news for Trump.

However, Mackowiak added that the President can make the case that he will be better at rebuilding the economy compared to Joe Biden.
