Lubbock’s Parks and Recreation Department Hosts Holiday Camps
Lubbock’s Parks and Recreation department will hold several holiday camps for area children. Children ages 6 through 12 years old can participate in one of the five camps through early January. You can begin registering now to claim a spot, as camp size is limited. Attendees will participate in arts and crafts, indoor recreational activities, and games. Snacks will be provided. Below is a list of different locations and times for the camps.
Holiday Camp at Maxey Community Center – 4020 30th Street – 806-767-3796
December 21-22, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, $32 per child (2 days)
December 27-30, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, $64 per child (4 days)
January 3-4, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, $32 per child (2 days)
