Lubbock Schlotzsky’s Needs Your Help Identifying Who Robbed & Set Their Kitchen on Fire

Many have been waiting for an update as to when Schlotzsky's in Lubbock at 19th Street was going to re-open. Those who run the Lubbock location took to Facebook on Wednesday to tell the public that they want to reopen soon, but they have become victims to one person with what seems like a vendetta against them.

Liz Lonngren took to Facebook on Wednesday saying that they are trying to reopen as soon as possible but, for some reason Schlotzsky's is being targeted by an individual who really wants to do harm to the business.

According to Lonngren's post, the suspect, who they don't believe is a former employee, not only broke in to the 19th Street location, but also stole iPads, cash, and left a threatening note. If that wasn't bad enough, the suspect allegedly set the kitchen on fire at Schlotzsky's which means it will be even longer before they can reopen.

Lonngren posted pictures of the suspect on Facebook and is asking for the public's help in identifying who the person is.

Chris and Liz Lonngren believe the suspect broke into Schlotzsky's at 3715 19th Street, on July 15 and then on Sunday, July 17 at 1:39 a.m.
