Lubbock Chamber of Commerce Annual Hub City BBQ Cook-Off

Tickets are currently on sale for the 13th annual Hub City BBQ Cook-Off.

The annual BBQ hosted by the Lubbock Chamber of Commerce will take place on this September. According to the chamber, over 100 teams have already signed up to compete.

Attendance at the downtown Lubbock event is expected to top out at over 7,000 attendees from the South Plains area. Bart Crow, a Texas Country artist, will perform at the event with local rockers from School of Rock opening for him.

The event will take place on Thursday, September 18. It will be located on Broadway between avenues J and O. Tickets will be sold until September 16 at $25 for adults and $10 for children ages 6-10. Tickets can be purchased at the Chamber offices located at 1500 Broadway, Suite 101, at Select-A-Seat locations or online.
