
Lubbock bond election meetings set
A series of public meetings will be held next week regarding a possible bond election.
The 2014 Lubbock Citizen Advisory Committee will hold three public meetings next week seeking input for a possible bond election.
The advisory committee, appointed by the Lubbock City Council, will study the need for capital improvements for the city and determine if bond election is warranted – and what projects should be funded.
