Llano Estacado Winery to Host 17th Annual Wine and Chocolate Fantasia [Audio]
Wednesday on Lubbock's First News, Mike Laughlin, Tasting Room Manager of Llano Estacado Winery, gave details on the upcoming annual Wine & Chocolate Fantasia event.
The event will consist of tastings of all the chocolate one can eat and wine by the glass. It will take place February 8, from 6:30 to 8:30. Tickets can be purchased at $50 each. The funds will benefit the Parkinson's Society of West Texas and scholarships for educating local chefs. The event offers a setting for competition among local culinary students. Laughlin said, "a lot of local chefs come out and take their imagination to a block of chocolate."
