If you are a fan of boiled shrimp, Snow Crab, King Crab, Crawfish and everything Cajun, a new restaurant is in the works for Lubbock, and if it's anything like their food truck, it's going to be a hit.

Leblanc's Cajun Cooker took to Facebook this week to announce that they will soon be opening a new brick and mortar location in Lubbock.

From Lubbock Food Trailer to Restaurant and More

Leblanc's Cajun Cooker says that restaurant will be a one-of-a-kind Cajun experience. Hey if the food is good, that's pretty close to all that matters when it comes to boils. Of course people also want good customer service. But great food that taste like something you'd get in Louisiana? Sign me up.

Of course, Leblanc's has already shown they can do that with their cooker that they take around the Lubbock area.

In the Facebook post, Leblanc's also talked about opening up a storefront where you can pick up Live Crawfish, Gulf Shrimp, Snow Crabs, Gator, Boudin, and more.

When Will Leblanc's Store and Restaurant Open in Lubbock?

No word yet on when the locations will open or where they will actually be. It sounds like the restaurant will be a new build, so allow for construction time. The good news is that you can pay attention to their Facebook page and see where the trailer will be set up and get your Cajun favorites still.

Congratulations to Leblanc's Cajun Cooker for the success and good luck with your new ventures moving forward.
