Johnny Fab’s Cadillac Grill Wants To Be Lubbock’s Next Hotspot

A new restaurant is coming to Lubbock and they are aiming to become the newest hotspot for Lubbock diners.

Johnny Fab's Cadillac Grill will be opening soon in South Lubbock and by the description posted on Facebook, we can't wait to see and taste what they in store for the Hub City.

Johnny Fab's Cadillac Grill will be opening at 11605 Slide Road in south Lubbock, and area of town that has been seeing massive growth lately and will continue to see growth as more rooftops go up in the area.

In a Facebook post over the weekend, Johnny Fab's announced the new restaurant will feature a "shuck n' eat oyster bar, house made tortillas, a mesquite fired grill, diner-style burgers, and cool refreshments."

Sounds great! Johnny Fab's is being opened by the Jordan Restaurant Group. They own two of my favorite restaurants, Teddy Jack's and Ike's, which leads me to believe they are going to nail it with Johnny Fab's.

So when will Johnny Fab's Cadillac Grill open? According to their Facebook post over the weekend, the Jordan Restaurant Group is aiming for the Spring of 2023 which is just around the corner.

When we have more information about Johnny Fab's we will pass it along to you, but I know I'm looking forward to the opening.
