OK, It's not uncommon to hear about a jilted lover taking revenge on the guy (or girl) who dumped them. But I think a New Mexico man's method of revenge might be crossing the line of what's acceptable.

Alamogordo native Greg Fultz put up a billboard on the city's main thoroughfare, saying that his ex-girlfriend had an abortion against his wishes. The billboard shows Fultz holding the outline of a infant, with text reading "This Would Have Been A Picture Of My 2-month Old Baby If The Mother Had Decided To Not KILL Our Child!"

Now the ex-girlfriend is taking Fultz to court for harassment and violation of privacy. A domestic court official had recommended the billboard be taken down, but Fultz's attorney argues that the order violates his client's right to free speech.

OK, free speech. It's all well and good. But just because you can say something doesn't mean you should, right? I wish I knew what this woman did to make this guy angry enough to put up a billboard like this. Was it just that she had an abortion, or was it something else?

Whatever the reason, I think Fultz took it too far.
