James Nesmith on Monday joined Lubbock's First News with Tom Collins and Laura Mac to talk about the Science Spectrum's new film called, "Mysteries of the Unseen World", and other upcoming attractions at the venue.

Describing the film Mysteries of the Unseen World, Nesmith said,

It is one of those films that looks at things that you can't see with the naked eye, processes and scientific things and natural processes going on around us that we can't see. Either things that are happening too slow that your eye can't detect, too fast, things that are microscopic, things that take infrared or take some sort of other special thermal vision to be able to see these things. So there's things going on with bacteria, and viruses, things that nano technology or you need a microscope to see what's going on.

Nesmith also talked about the Science Spectrum's annual Bubble Fest event coming this Saturday (October 17, 2015).
