Families across Lubbock will have a great event to attend this Saturday, December 2nd at the Science Spectrum in Lubbock. This year, families will be able to enjoy the science of winter at the Holiday Wonderland event from 10:00am to 2:00pm.

Holiday Wonderland at the Science Spectrum has become a favorite tradition among families in Lubbock. And it's free for just about all the events. From 10am to 2:00pm, kids and families will be able to enjoy free photos with Santa Claus (though you will need to bring your own camera), Decorate and of course eat your own cookies and drink warm cocoa. There will also be free holiday STEAM crafts available.

Some of the other free activities at Holiday Wonderland include hands-on Winter Science Experiments, "cool" live science demonstrations, a Three Little Pigs Puppet Show at 11am and 1pm, and of course see the big Christmas Tree with running model trains.

If you are wanting to visit the OMNI Theater and Museum, standard ticket rates will apply.

This event is designed for families with kids ages 3 to 12 years old and it should be an event they will all enjoy. Visit the Science Spectrum website for more information.
