Going to Riley Green in Lubbock? Here’s What You Need to Know Before You Go

If you've got plans Saturday night, there's a pretty good chance they involve cowboy boots, country music and several thousand of your closest friends.

Riley Green brings his Cowboy As It Gets Tour 2026 to United Supermarkets Arena in Lubbock on Saturday, September 12th, and the arena has released its official “Know Before You Go” information.

Translation: read this now so you're not standing outside the arena Saturday night arguing about the purse you were absolutely positive they'd let you bring inside.

What Time Does the Riley Green Concert Start?

The show begins at 7 p.m. Saturday, with doors scheduled to open at 6 p.m.

VIP package holders should follow the arrival instructions included with their individual packages.

The arena is encouraging everyone else to arrive early and carpool if possible, because you can probably imagine what traffic around Texas Tech is going to look like when thousands of people decide to arrive at exactly the same time.

Where Can You Park?

Free parking will be available in the commuter lots west of the arena across Indiana Avenue, accessible from Texas Tech Parkway and Knoxville Avenue.

ADA parking will be available in the arena's west R37 lot, accessible from Indiana Avenue. Overflow ADA parking will be in the north C11 lot, accessible by traveling west on Main Street from Flint Avenue.

Don't Forget the Clear Bag Policy

This is probably the part you'll want to remember before leaving home.

United Supermarkets Arena's clear bag policy will be in effect. Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags cannot exceed 12 inches by 6 inches by 12 inches. Small clutch bags are permitted as long as they're no larger than 4½ inches by 6½ inches.

Regular purses and backpacks won't be allowed. Medically necessary items are permitted after inspection.

Guests and handbags will also go through security screening before admission.

Professional-style cameras, long lenses and detachable camera lenses are prohibited.

The Riley Green concert is also guns-free, meaning both open and concealed carry are prohibited. The event is tobacco-free and vaping is not allowed.

Food, Drinks and Riley Green Merchandise

Food and beverages will be available inside, but arena concession stands are cashless. You can pay using credit or debit cards, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Outside food and drinks aren't permitted.

Riley Green merchandise will be sold on the southwest and southeast concourses. Unlike the concession stands, merchandise locations will accept both cash and credit/debit cards.

The arena also advises that haze effects will be used during the concert, which may be worth knowing ahead of time for anyone sensitive to those effects.

Still Need Riley Green Tickets?

Tickets remain available through Select-a-Seat of Lubbock/AXS, which the arena says is the only authorized ticket source for the concert.

That's an important distinction if you're shopping online at the last minute. The arena warns that it cannot guarantee the authenticity or face value of tickets purchased through unauthorized third-party resale sites, and Select-a-Seat cannot refund or exchange those tickets.

Will-call tickets can be picked up at the Select-a-Seat box office inside the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center, 1501 Mac Davis Lane, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. through Friday. Remaining will-call tickets move to the arena box office beginning at 2 p.m. Saturday.
