Hosted by the Lubbock Model Railroad Association (LMRA), this five-day extravaganza will showcase an incredible array of model train layouts in a variety of scales. One of the highlights is the museum’s permanent G-scale display—recognized as the largest of its kind in the world—that will leave you marveling at the sheer craftsmanship on display.

Here’s what you can expect at the 2025 Spring Model Train Show:

  • Model Train Displays: Enjoy intricate layouts in HO, S (American Flyer), O (Lionel), L (LEGO), Z (inside the G-scale), and N scales, plus a special "T" gauge display exclusively for this event.
  • HO Modular Display Competition: Vote for your favorite layout and join in supporting our local model train enthusiasts.

For those who want to take home a unique souvenir, $1 raffle tickets will be available throughout the week, with train-themed prizes to be awarded in a drawing on Saturday. All raffle proceeds will benefit the Lubbock Model Railroad Association.
