Texas Is The #1 State For Lying and Cheating

Texas... it's ok to lie every once in awhile.  You can even cheat... you know the old saying, "if you ain't cheating, you ain't trying."  Why am I approving of this behavior?! When in Rome... according to a new study from Solitaire Bliss, Texas was named the number one state for lying and cheating.  How did they come up with this?  Well here's how they got their results...

"We established a series of survey questions that focused on cheating behaviors. We scored each state on these questions to determine a score out of 100. From there, we analyzed the numbers by state and ranked them accordingly. 

We surveyed 1,992 Americans from August 28 to September 5, 2023. Respondents ranged in age from 18 to 76 years old, and were 49% female, 49% male, and 2% nonbinary."

So there you go...it's not just adultery...it's lying and cheating to the next level...Texas ranked very high in all areas.  That's because of these key findings:

• Texas ranked the #1 state with the most cheaters in the U.S.

• 77% of Texas respondents have cheated on a diet.

• In Texas, 51% of respondents said they have cut someone in line.

• In Texas, 45% of respondents have cheated on something work-related.

• In Texas, 40% of respondents have lied about age.

• In Texas, 40% of respondents have cheated at a multiplayer game.

• In Texas, 28% of respondents have cheated on a partner.

So there you go...have you every told a little lie or maybe had that candy bar on a diet?  Don't feel bad- as you can see you are not alone here in the home of lying and cheating - Texas!
