Friday:

If you are a fan of cars, live music, and food trucks, you’ll want to check out West Texas Roundup at Cooks Garage. It will run both Friday and Saturday and is fun for the whole family with kids under 12 getting in for free.

Adventure Park is going to be taking advantage of Lubbock’s spring weather with their Party on the Patio at the Thirsty Garden. This is an event that will be taking place very Friday and Saturday until October 14th from 7:00-10:00 p.m. to enjoy Lubbock’s warm weather.

Saturday:

Of course, you can attend the events from Friday that will carry through Saturday, but there are some other great events to check out as well.

You can start your day by doing some shopping at the Wolfforth Farmers Market from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Then, later in the evening, you can head over to the YWCA Sun and Fun to learn how to Lindy Hop swing dance starting at 6:00. Or you can keep shopping at Junk’n Under the Stars hosted by Hooked on Junk from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m.

If you want to learn a new skill, a cookie decorating class is happening at Odds & Ends from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m., or you can take an Arabic language and culture class at the Mahon Public Library. There will also be a brunch event taking place at English Newsom Cellars from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
