Exciting Month at Buddy Holly Hall with Star-Studded Lineup

Buddy Holly Hall has some pretty awesome events in the month of June that showcase tons of talent. Let's take a look at what they have to offer if anyone in the Lubbock area is looking for exciting things to do.

First off, in case you missed it, the Rush Tribute Project was scheduled for Tuesday, June 9, but has since been cancelled. All tickets will be automatically refunded.

Jerry Seinfeld in Lubbock

One of comedy's biggest names, Jerry Seinfeld, is in the Hub City on Friday, June 12, for one of his newest stand-up routines. The event starts at 7 p.m. and yes, tickets are still available!

Seinfeld's long history of showbiz doesn't just include his work in stand up. A star in front of the camera as well as in front of the mic, Jerry Seinfeld co-created the American sitcom named after himself that was the highest-rated television show at the time in the 1990s.

The fan-favorite Bee Movie is always a classic that anybody under the age of 30 can probably quote word-for-word... myself included.

Kenny Wayne Shepherd at Buddy Holly Hall

A legend in the blues-rock scene, the Kenny Wayne Shepherd Band has been performing for over 30 years. Whether you're a lifelong fan or just someone who enjoys great music, then this show is definitely something to add to your calendar.

The band will perform here in town on Sunday, June 14.

A Weekend of Meredith Willson's The Music Man

Finally, for this month, Meredith Willson's The Music Man will spend an entire weekend here in Lubbock. This musical comedy has already won six Tony Awards! So, if that doesn't tell you the weight of their presence at the Hall, then I don't know what would.

This award-winning musical will perform at Buddy Holly Hall on the 19th, 20th, and 21st.

Tickets are still available for each event this month, and buyers have the option to upgrade should the urge for luxury tickle anyone's fancy while they enjoy the show.
