Can you believe that nary a single soul has been able to defeat Wing Shack's (5412 Slide) "Hotter Than Hell" wing challenge? It's true, but you could be the champion we've all been waiting for.

The Wing Shack will host another Hotter Than Hell challenge this Friday (9/15) at 6 p.m. Contestants will need to register and fill out a waiver at Wingshack before 5:45 that evening. The winner of the competition will win a really nice prize, along with epic bragging rights.

I really thought we would have a winner the last time we were out there, and I'm hoping one of the contestants we had last time will come back and prove their mettle. I'd also like to see some new folks enter this ring- of fire!

Additionally, KFYO and FMX will be on hand with goodies and the opportunity to pick up some prizes. Spectators are absolutely welcome to come cheer on the contestants- and eat wings with the spice level you prefer while you do so. Wing Shack is currently BYOB, so bring yourself something frosty to enjoy while you're there if you are so inclined.

Wing Shack offers bone-in and boneless wings, in addition to chicken tenders, sides like fires and okra, and desserts. There are several sauce or rub options available for the wings- from mild to wild in heat. I particularly love the buffalo garlic flavor on their big, juicy boneless wings. Everything at The Wingshack is cooked to order- so there are no sad, dehydrated wings here- just hot, fresh, and delicious.
