Imagine Lubbock Together Kicks Off a Series of Public Meetings

What is Imagine Lubbock Together? On Lubbock’s First News on KFYO, Connie Wharton, the co-chair of Imagine Lubbock Together, explained what it’s about.

“Imagine Lubbock Together is a long term visioning and strategic planning effort that was chartered by the chamber of commerce about a year ago, to, with the help of all the citizens of Lubbock, put together a transparent long range plan that will serve as a guide for the community for the next 10-20 years.”

Four “idea gathering meetings” will be held for the public.   The first meeting will be held tonight (Tuesday) at 6:30 at Irons Middle School.
