Identity of November Murder Victim Released
The man killed back in November of 2018 in the 2100 block of 20th Street in Lubbock has been identified as 51-year-old Richard Bradley Richards, according to a statement by LPD Public Information Officer Tiffany Pelt.
On November 28th, a body was found in the backyard of an abandoned home, and just two days later, 31-year-old Anna Smith was arrested by the Burleson Police Department and charged with the murder.
38-year-old Kethan Anderson was arrested a day after Smith in Hereford and was also charged with the murder.
The arrest warrant says that Anderson, Smith and Richards were all homeless.
