You may have noticed that concerts, live music, and planned concert series have all mostly been cancelled during the coronavirus pandemic. In fact, this last week we learned that the Summer Showcase Concert Series at the Buddy Holly Center had been cancelled.

But there is some good news for live and local music fans. The High Noon Concert Series will continue this Summer at the Lubbock County Courthouse Gazebo. This Wednesday, Mark Gillham will be performing from noon to 1 p.m. at the gazebo.

High Noon Concerts are free and open to the public and are on Wednesday's from noon to 1 p.m. June through August.

Social distancing will be encouraged and organizers say there is plenty of lawn space to spread out and enjoy the music along with food vendors.
