If you're like me and my family, every year around this time you load everyone into the car and drive around Lubbock to look at Christmas lights and decorations.

And if you are anything like us, you end up hearing from friends and coworkers that you missed some really cool areas simply because you were unaware they had above average displays.

This year I have something that just may help you (and me as well).

Lubbock in the Loop took the time to make a map of some of the must-see holiday light and Christmas decoration displays in the Lubbock area. It's a great resource for residents eager to see what their neighbors came up with for Christmas, and includes the Wayland Baptist University Light Show and Texas Tech University's Carol of Lights.

Check it out on their website and click around it to find neighborhoods near you with the best Christmas displays.
