Former Ambassador to Speak at Texas Tech University

Former United States Ambassador, Julia Chang Bloch, will speak at Texas Tech on Thursday. Ambassador Bloch will discuss the rise of China and the implications for the United States.

Ambassador Bloch was the first Asian-American to hold the rank of an ambassador in U.S. history and the founding president of the U.S.-China Education Trust.

The speech is free, and open to the public. It's Thursday, March 28 at 5:30p at the Texas Tech International Cultural Center.
