Fire in Tech Terrace Damages Two Homes Sunday Morning

A fire early Sunday morning severely damages two homes in Tech Terrace.

A fire erupted near 23^rd Street and Boston Avenue around 1:30 a.m. Sunday, and spread along a fence, causing minor damage to a neighboring residence.

Just prior to the fire, the home had been burglarized, but it’s not clear yet if the fire was set to cover up the break-in.

The three students who had just moved into the house were not home at the time of the blaze. The house suffered severe fire and smoke damage.
