Time for another silly lawsuit: a man is suing his former employer...over a sticker.

A factory worker in Georgia refused to wear a sticker with the number "666" printed on it. The worker said wearing the number, which was supposed to refer to the number of days the factory had been accident-free, would condemn him to Hell, since the number is also "the mark of the beast." The worker was placed on three-day suspension for refusing to wear the sticker, then fired a few days later. He is, of course, planning to sure the factory for not respecting his religious beliefs.

Personally, I think both parties are at fault. One one hand, there was no reason to fire him. Unless he was really causing some trouble, putting him on suspension was an acceptable punishment. On the other hand, it's a sticker. Was there really a need to kick up such a fuss over it? It's just going to be another frivolous lawsuit taking up time in the legal system.
