Elderly Man Arrested on Texas Tech Campus for Indecent Exposure

Texas Tech Police on Monday, November 8th, 2021, arrested an elderly man on an indecent exposure charge.
Seventy-year-old Geronimo M. Cobarrubio was arrested just before 2 p.m. in the C-11 commuter parking lot on the Texas Tech campus after a student reported a suspicious vehicle to school police.
EverythingLubbock reports the student told Texas Tech Police that Cobarrubio was allegedly "taking care of business" in his vehicle.
Cobarrubio was charged with various offenses. He posted bond and was released from the Lubbock County Detention Center around 2 p.m. on Tuesday, November 9th.
