Early voting for the Republican and Democrat primary runoff election begins on Monday, June 29th in Texas. Early voting runs through Friday, July 10th and election day is on July 13th.

Social distancing measures will be in place at polling locations in Lubbock and voters are encouraged to bring hand sanitizer or use the hand sanitizer provided at polling locations. Voters are also encouraged to wear face coverings while in line.

In Lubbock, there are a number of Judicial candidates to vote for on the Republican ballot while Democrat voters still have to vote for a Senate candidate to take on Senator John Cornyn in November. North of Lubbock in the 13th Congressional District, Republican voters will need to vote for Ronny Jackson or Josh Winegarner to become the Republican nominee for that race.
