Craigslist Poster Selling Car + Truck Abomination as Rat Rod

Craigslist can be a mixed bag of automotive scams or good deals, and also a place to see some horrors of the car world.

One user near Knoxville, Tennessee decided to try and sell what he dubbed as a “1962 International Rat Rod.”

When I saw the pictures of this particular dubious rat rod, I didn’t think about how sporty the design is, but rather that it looks like Tow Mater from the film “Cars” butchered Lightning McQueen and wore his skin like Buffalo Bill from “Silence of the Lambs.”

This person actually took the time and exerted the effort to put the front end of an Oldsmobile Alero onto a Pontiac Grand Am and shove in the cab of an old International truck in the middle. As if this weren’t bad enough, the person is attempting to sell this vehicle for $3,000.

A quick note for anyone considering purchasing this vehicle – the air conditioner is low on freon, since that surely must be the only downside to this vehicle.
