Clayton Lee Fought of Cisco Charged With Attempted Capital Murder in Girl’s Kidnapping

A Cisco man is behind bars after a sexual assault and kidnapping.

Twenty-one year-old Clayton Lee Fought is charged with attempted capital murder, aggravated sexual assault, and aggravated kidnapping.

The Eastland Police Department was contacted on Sunday by the father of an 11-year-old girl who had gone missing. They notified Texas DPS and other agencies for assistance in the search for the girl.

The father said that he noticed that his daughter had gone missing around 1 p.m. along with his pickup truck.

Information obtained by the Cisco Police Department led officers to a wooded area at Lake Cisco, where the girl was located. The father’s pickup was also nearby.

The girl had been assaulted, and was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Fought was booked into the Eastland County Jail and is being held on $3,000,000 bond.
