Tuesday, on Lubbock's First News, Cheryl Isaacs of Coldwell Banker discussed a useful device that greatly simplifies the home-selling process.

Now days, every house Isaacs works with has an electronic lock that lets Cheryl (or another realtor) get into the building being sold using an electronic key. The electronic key then relays information to the seller, giving them the name and e-mail of the realtor in the house and also the time of day the house was accessed.

This system is better than previous ones for a number of reasons. Firstly, it prevents people from coming and going without letting anyone know they had dropped by. It also makes it easier for multiple realtors to visit homes without having to pick up an individual key for each home.
