Chad’s Morning Brief: Voters Moving Away From The Issues And Towards Emotion? [WATCH]
A pollster told TheHill.com that voters seem to be moving away from caring about the issues and more towards emotion. I don't completely buy that and I hope it's not true. Issues matter and so does electing the right candidates.
