This is the first big day you need to know about. It's the last day you have to register to vote in Texas. If you aren't registered to vote, then everything else past this point pretty much won't apply to you.

This is the first day of early voting in the 2022 midterm elections. It's possible that more than half of those who plan to vote in the midterm elections will cast a ballot early. Early voting locations in Lubbock County are pretty easy to find. Most United Supermarkets locations in Lubbock have polls. Closer to the election, KFYO News and votelubbock.org will have a list of locations inside the county where you can cast a ballot.
Friday, October 28th, 2022
This is the last day to apply for a ballot.
Friday, November 4th, 2022
After two weeks of early voting, this is the final day to cast a ballot early for the 2022 midterm election. It will also most likely be the busiest day of early voting.
Tuesday, November 8th, 2022
Election Day is finally here. Don't forget you will need an acceptable form of I.D. to cast a ballot. Instead of voting at most United Supermarket locations, voters will cast a ballot at one of a number of vote center locations throughout Lubbock County.
