Former Presidential candidate Marco Rubio still isn't 100% behind Donald Trump, but he is 100% against Hillary Clinton. Rubio has said that he would speak on Trump's behalf at the Republican Convention if asked and Donald Trump should take him up on that. This is Chad's Morning Brief for May 27, 2016.
