Chad’s Morning Brief: Liberal States Want To Change The Presidential Election
Connecticut is the latest blue state to join the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact. It's a plan that would award the state's electoral votes to whichever Presidential candidate won the popular vote, regardless of who actually won that state. It's a plan that will never work and a reminder of how the Democrats just can't get over 2016.
