Chad’s Morning Brief: Julian Castro Wants To Run For President Or Maybe VP
The former Mayor of San Antonio and HUD Secretary under President Obama, Julian Castro, has announced that he is forming an exploratory committee to run for President. I'm not sure why Castro thinks he can win, but hey it's his time and money so why not?
