Chad’s Morning Brief: ISIS and Concealed Carry
Congratulations to Cy Vance, the Manhattan DA, who has just won the award for dumbest argument against legislation known as the Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act. According to the Washington Times, Vance actually believes ISIS would support the legislation because somehow it would make it easier for them to get guns. Apparently Mr. Vance believes a lot of ISIS members get fingerprinted and go through background checks before carrying a gun.
