Chad’s Morning Brief: Goodell Now Wants NFL Players To Stand During The National Anthem
Just days after Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones told the media that Cowboys players will stand for the national anthem or they will be benched, the NFL's Roger Goodell is speaking out against those who protest. While Jones has been compared to a slave owner by Michael Wilbon of ESPN for speaking out, it seems the NFL Commissioner agrees with those who want players to stand. Goodell wrote a letter to all NFL owners saying the issue has divided fans and teams and it was time for players to stand. But will they?
