Chad’s Morning Brief: Jodey Arrington Made the Right Vote for West Texas

History will remember the terrible omnibus spending bill the House passed on Wednesday to fund the government until September of 2017. And voters in Texas Congressional District 19 will need to remember that Congressman Jodey Arrington said "no."

Arrington said no to party leadership because the spending bill wasn't in line with "conservative, West Texas values." And he's correct.

I applaud Rep. Jodey Arrington for standing with the voters.
