Here's information on a few of the many wonderful Christmas Day and Christmas Eve services taking place in Lubbock churches.

(2019 Christmas Eve is Tuesday, December 24th, and Christmas day is Wednesday, December 25th.)

Lakeridge Methodist Church (4701 82nd St.)

Traditional Christmas Eve candle lighting services at 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. in the main Sanctuary. Christmas Eve contemporary worship at 5 p.m. in the Activity Center.

Additional parking available at Lakeridge Country Club (8802 Vicksburg) with trolley service available

Redeemer Lutheran Church (22nd and Ave. W)

Candlelight Christmas Eve service at 7 p.m.

(Redeemer Lutheran sponsors The Lutheran Hour every Sunday morning at 8 a.m. on News/Talk 95.1 & 790, KFYO)

First Baptist Church of Lubbock (2201 Broadway)

Christmas Eve service by candlelight at 5 p.m.

First United Methodist Church (1411 Broadway St.)

Christmas Eve services:
Family Service 6 p.m. in the Sanctuary
Contemporary Service in the Christian Life Center 7:30 p.m.
Traditional Service in the Sanctuary 8:45 p.m.
Traditional Service in the chapel 11 p.m.

(FUMC services are broadcast Sundays on News/Talk 95.1 & 790, KFYO from 11 a.m.. - 12 p.m.)

Christmas Eve Children’s Mass at 5 p.m.
