Braddock On Texas Democrats' Virtual Convention

Scott Braddock, editor of QuorumReport.com, joined The Chad Hasty Show on Monday to discuss some of the statewide issues making headlines on this Monday.

Braddock gave the KFYO audience a recap of the virtual Texas Democratic Party Convention that was held over the weekend. Joe Biden appeared at the convention via video and told those watching that he believes democrats can turn Texas blue in November. Braddock told KFYO that he has seen private polls that show Trump in the lead in Texas, but not by as much as he won by in 2016.

Braddock also discussed the runoff race between M.J. Hegar and Royce West. The two are in a runoff to run against Senator John Cornyn in November. Hegar and West debated over the weekend in what was expected to be a low-profile debate.
