The Lubbock Public Library is hosting their annual Book Festival this fall and you don’t want to miss it.

This is a free event geared towards readers of all ages to connect with authors and celebrate stories, literacy, and creativity. Over 60 authors attended last year’s festival, and they are aiming to have even more there this year.

No matter what genre you’re into, whether it’s young adult romances or mysteries that hold your attention, there will be something for you at this event. Not only that, but both young and experienced readers alike are welcome to the Lubbock Book Festival.

As a bookwork myself, it is amazing to see events like this taking place. It is not only a great way for people to meet their favorite authors and like-minded individuals, but it also makes reading more appealing for younger generations. You don’t find as many young people that appreciate a good book li they used to, and events like this help re-kindle that kind of love in everyone’s hearts.

The two-day event is taking place on October 15 and 16, 2022 at the Lubbock Public Library (also known as the Mahon Public Library). It is completely free and also functions as a fundraiser for Literacy Lubbock’s educational programs. So, come enjoy the amazing authors, panels, book signings, workshops, and more.

For more information about the event, you can visit the official Lubbock Book Festival website, or check out the festival’s event page on Facebook.
