Congressman Jodey Arrington has postponed a fundraiser that was scheduled for Thursday in Dallas at Campisi's Restaurant.

According to the Dallas Morning News, the Arrington campaigned postponed the fundraiser after reports surfaced that Campisi's owner, David Campisi, was named in a bookmaking probe.

The Dallas Morning News reported that the fundraiser would be changing venues and was postponed "until further notice" according to the Arrington campaign.

The fundraiser was advertised as “a dinner honoring Jodey Arrington” hosted by Campisi and his wife, Niki Campisi, according to a flyer for the event. The flyer offered tickets ranging from $500 for a guest to $5,600 for a couple.
