On Wednesday's edition of Lubbock's First News, Paula Griffith outlined the Fall Festival that takes place at the Garden Arts Center every year. This year, it is on Saturday, September 14 from 9am to 6pm. There will be at least 80 booths for artists to display their handcrafted creations, as well as food and entertainment. There will also be arts and crafts activities for children in "a kids area called Art Ally." Griffith described some of the items that will be available: "We have handmade jewelry, you'll have wood crafts... we have people that do fabric stuff, we have quilt. Just about anything you can think of."
