Amber Alert for Denver City Child Cancelled [UPDATED]

An Amber Alert has been issued for a Denver City Child.

Authorities are searching for 2 year-old Devin Iban Tobar, who was last seen Wednesday afternoon around 2:20 p.m. Tobar is described as a black male, with black hair, and brown eyes. He is 2 feet 6 inches tall, weighing around 40 pounds.

He is believed to be with 46-year-old James Edward Young. Young is described as a black male, 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighing 175 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He is possibly driving a tan or gold 2004 GMC extended cab pickup, with Texas license plate AR9-4037.
