After Six Weeks of Higher Gas Prices in Lubbock, Prices This Week Are Lower

According to a KFYO News Survey, the average price for regular self-serve gas in Lubbock is $3.43, down 3 cents from last week.

According to a AAA Texas survey, the average price in Texas is $3.56 a gallon, up 3 cents.

The cheapest gas among the 11 Texas cities surveyed by AAA  is in El Paso, $3.34 a gallon.  The most expensive is in Dallas, $3.58 a gallon, $3.58 .

Nationally, the average price is $3.71.
