20 People Bail out Overnight, 28 Left in Lubbock Detention Center

Today is the first home game of Texas Tech football's 2022 season, with tons of tailgating around the Jones AT&T Stadium. Which means lots of beer, barbecue, and beats (music not the vegetable beets). Back to juicy barbecue, though. There are tons of great grilling smells right now at the stadium with men trying to one-up each other on their grills while their buddies point out how well they are doing. Words of encouragement to your buddies while they grill is a must for game days.

As this week came to an end, there were a lot of people out and about committing crimes and spending time in the Lubbock County Detention Center. Twenty people bailed out within 10 hours. I had to sleep, so here are the remaining 28 for your game day viewing.

Grab a burger and an ice cold beer while getting ready for Texas Tech vs. Murray State. We won't be back with more mugshots this Monday, but Tuesday we will have all of the mugshots from this 3-day Labor Day weekend for you to share with everyone at the office.

These 28 mugshots are of people who were arrested on Friday, September 2nd, 2022 and held in the Lubbock County Detention Center. All people featured are innocent until proven guilty and have only been charged with a crime.
