What Is a Bad Intersection in Lubbock?

So what makes a bad intersection? According to listeners, bad intersections can be intersections where the lights seem to take forever to change. Or they might be lights that only allow 2-3 cars to pass through (Yeah, I'm talking about you 50th and Slide Road). When it really comes down to it, just about any intersection marked with the blight known as construction cones can be labelled 'NO GOOD'.
