Another day of rain, and some thunderstorms, is expected across Lubbock and the South Plains on Memorial Day.

Sunday afternoon, severe weather made its way across Lubbock, Levelland, Tahoka and the eastern South Plains. While some 1" hail was reported in a few places, Sunday's weather was not as bad as the storms that had passed through the region over the past few days.

Monday and Tuesday's thunderstorms may end up being non-severe, because of the lack of heating in the atmosphere, but Ron Roberts still forecasts some hail in Monday's thunderstorms. Monday's high in Lubbock is projected to be in the upper 60s, and Tuesday's high in the low 70s.

If any severe weather does break out, Ron Roberts and Rob Snyder will have the latest updates on News/Talk 95.1 FM & 790 AM, KFYO; Awesome 98, Lonestar 99-5 and the rest of Townsquare Media- Lubbock's radio stations.
